You have built your report and shared it with the users you want to complete it.

The submissions start to roll in, what to do next?

We have built four different reports to show who has completed the survey and how they have answered the questions:

  • Summary Report
  • Filter Report
  • Individual Report
  • Approval Report

A brief description on each report:

Summary

Will give you an overview of how each question has been answered by everyone who has completed the survey.

Filter

You can filter the report to add conditions to show a report filtered to your own requirements.  You can add multiple conditions.

Individual

Look how an individual has answered the survey, showing how they answered each question in the survey.

Approval

Used in conjunction with a workflow (see Workflow guide)

 

Each report has the ability to download as either a CSV or PDF.

 

To enter the Reporting section, click on “Report’.
