To create a new contact list you can upload a template with the contacts or you can use teh filters on this page to create a contact list.
To use the filters you simply go through the fields:
- Semester
- Groups
- Support Officers
- Role
By selecting optiouns in these different fields you will then be able to create a contact list based on your selected options.
You then will add a title for your contact list.
Finally, click on the ‘See Contacts’ button at the bottom of the screen to submit the new contact list.
A new page will load showing all the contacts you entered into your CSV file.
Check that all of your contacts are present. If not, you will need to check your CSV for errors e.g. duplicates, etc.
When you are happy with the list click on the ‘Submit’ button.
A message will appear at the top of your screen to show you it has been submitted successfully
You have now created a new contact list.
