Creating a GPEx survey

Step 1 Accessing GPEx Survey

Login to GPEx One with your username and password

Click on “GPEx Survey” on top menu

Step 2 Create a Survey

  • Fill out Survey Name (this is mandatory field)
  • Select a Project by choosing one from the existing list (this is mandatory field)
  • Select Semester by choosing one from the existing list or you can leave it blank
  • Click Add and the survey is now created and will appear under the relevant Project

Step 3 Create a new Project

If the project you want to create is not already on the list please create a new project by clicking on “Add a Project” on the top left corner

  • Fill out Project Name
  • Select a Group (please be mindful when choosing group or leave as blank)
  • Select a Role: Admin, Reviewer, Editor or Respondents (you can also leave the role as blank)
  • Click Add and the new project will appear under Projects list

Step 4 Building the survey

You can start building the survey by clicking “Edit” button.

Firstly this will take you to the BUILD stage where you can choose any type of question choices, text and sections that can be used to build your survey according to your requirements
