Filter Report

A filter report gives you the ability to create your own filtered report by the use of conditions. You can add a singular or multiple conditions to create a filtered report that will give you a list of users who meet all or certain conditions set.

 

Step 1

To access the report, click on ‘Report’ on the Home page.

 

If you are in ‘Build’ click on ‘Report’ at the top of the screen.

This applies if you are in ‘Preview/Configure/Share’ also.

 

Step 2

You are now in the Report menu; select Filter Report from the options at the top of the screen.

 

Step 3

You can now create conditions to start building your filtered report.

Add a condition:

 

Step 4

Click in the ‘Select Question’ box and select which question you want to add a condition to.

We are going to Select Gender.

 

Step 5

Click in the ‘Select Answer’ box to select the answer you require for the Gender question, we are going to select ‘Female’.

 

Step 6

Click on the ‘Add condition’ button to create this as a condition.

 

Step 7

If you only require one condition you can now save this as a filter.

Click on the ‘Create New’ button.

Add the name of your new saved filter and click on the ‘Save’ button.

 

Step 8

If you want to add multiple conditions, follow the steps 5-6.

 

Step 9

If you have multiple conditions, you can change how these work by clicking on the ‘Condition’ button and choosing either ‘And/Or”.

This will change how your filter works.

 

Step 10

You can remove any condition by clicking on the ‘Remove button to the right of the condition.

 

Step 11

You can view all your saved filters by clicking on the ‘Select Filter’ box.

 

Step 12

It will now display all users in the survey who meet your conditions.

 

Step 13

You can now go into each individual user’s survey to view how they answered the entire survey by either selecting ‘Details’ or ‘CSV Export’.
