A summary report gives you an overview of how each question has been answered based on all the users who have completed the survey.
Once your recipients have started to complete the survey you can monitor how each question in the survey has been answered.
How to access the Summary Report
To access the report, click on ‘Report’ on the Home page.
If you are in ‘Build’ click on ‘Report’ at the top of the screen.
This applies if you are in ‘Preview/Configure/Share’ also.
You are now in the Report menu; it should automatically be on ‘Summary’ if not select it from the options at the top of the screen.
How have individuals answered each question
You can now scroll through the list of questions and see how all the users have answered each question.
You can also view each question in a report by clicking on the ‘View Report’ button
Can I download this report
You can download a report in either PDF or Excel format which will show you how all the questions in the survey have been answered.
